Photo Release Consent 

By purchasing our stationery and submitting photo galleries of your events, to Sea and Sun Calligraphy, the client(S) hereby affirms that such release to the releasee does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographs, to my benefit.

The client(S) understands and agrees that photographs in the possession of the releasee shall become the property of the releasee. The use and publication of the photographs however, shall conform to the clients rights as a subject of said photographs. Photographs submitted by our client(S) to Sea & Sun Calligraphy will be used for marketing purposes only. We respect the privacy of our clients and will not release private information.

The client(S) hereby shares the photos or photo galleries that they, he/she, wish Sea and Sun Calligraphy to feature and gives Sea and Sun Calligraphy the permission to share on their website or social media accounts for marketing purposes.

The client (S) hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the  from all claims, demands, and causes of action which Sea and Sun Calligraphy, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

The client (S) are of legal age or the client is a minor and represented by their parent/guardian 

The client(S) declares true their age of consent, and in case the client(S) are under the age of such consenting age, they, he/she have obtained the required consent from their parents/guardians as evidenced by the signatures on the forms provided by our Vendors such as Moonflower Ranch.
