I am Marisol, a Catholic wedding invitation designer, calligrapher, botanical watercolor artist, wife, homeschool mother, and mother of five beautiful children. I live in San Pedro, California and work out of my home studio. My designs have been featured on Spoken Bride, a Catholic Lifestyle Blog for Catholic brides and newly weds. Since our Calligraphy Designs and Stationery Designs are custom, some of our items are not available in our Etsy Stationery shop.
Once the customer contacts us regarding an item, we will send out a proposal in 2-3 business days. If the customer decides to purchase the items, we will then invoice the client through Square which accepts All Major Credit Cards.

The Beauty of Printable/Downloadable Invitations Sets (also known as Suites)
What are printable invitations? They are semi-custom and custom wedding invitations that are custom designed by a calligrapher/watercolor artist/stationer, which are emailed to the customer so that they can have them printed at their local print shop. This process saves the customer time with quick turn around and saves couples money on the cost of printing fees.
I say they are the best of both worlds! Fine art stationery at your fingertips for the fraction of the price. Best of all you get to choose the color and quality of paper available at your print shop. These invitations have been favored by brides who are not local to Southern California where Sea & Sun Calligraphy is located. Making our paper goods easily available worldwide!
Vines and Berries Invitation Suite (shown above) was designed for a Catholic San Diego engaged couple whose wedding day was only a few months away. The lovely bride chose her custom artwork from a selection of our hand-watercolored botanical pieces that went perfect with their wedding theme. They chose to include "SPOT" calligraphy which is handwritten calligraphy and computer fonts for the invitation wording. We also created the calligraphy artwork of their first initials for their custom wax seal stamp which they would use to embellish and seal their invitation envelopes with their custom gold wax seals. Custom wax seal stamps become a timeless piece that they could use on their future stationery, such as Thank you cards, Christmas Cards, etc.
For their reception paper goods, custom place cards and Saint Cards were designed for the bride, groom and for each of their beloved guests.
