Semi-Custom Place Cards
Thank you for inquiring about our semi-custom stationery. We look forward to creating the stationery of your dreams.
Our stationery is luxurious and perfect for any event big or small. Our beautiful stationery will complete your elegant tablescape. Your guests will be impressed with their personalized place cards.
We accept payments through Etsy + tax, and shipping fees. There is a minimum order of 30 place cards for weddings. Please contact us for pricing for intimate event stationery.
There is a $20 fee for calligraphy ink for large events. (for orders of 30 and above)
Payment Policy
All Stationery Etsy Orders Require a full payment Of stationery designs ordered before we begin the design process. Since our products are handmade there are no refunds available. By purchasing our products, the client accepts this policy. The weight and selection of paper vary, please view our place cards below for more details.
Timeline
For place card orders we require 3-4 weeks to complete a project this includes shipping time. Please request your items in a timely manner by submitting the guest list minimum 6-7 weeks before the wedding. This allows us time complete any place cards if there are add-ons or errors. Please make sure there are no guest name spelling errors. If there are errors the client will incur an additional fee to re-make the place cards.
Shipping
We ship items via USPS in Priority Mail Shipping boxes which ship usually 3.10 days nationwide. It includes insurance up to $100 and tracking number. We are not responsible for lost mail by USPS. Please make sure you address is correct when placing the order on Etsy and please include apartment or mailbox number. Not providing the correct information will cause a delay in shipping your order.

Our Process
We are currently booking for 2021 -2023 Events on a first come first serve basis
(Weddings, Birthdays, Quinceañeras, and Corporate Events)
For large events, we do offer discounted pricing. To request a quote for a personalized stationery package, including invitations, menu cards, place cards, and vow book set, please fill out the inquiry form and include your budget for stationery and I will provide you with a quote.
I will get back to you within 2-48 hours via email or telephone call. Before or after holidays,
the response time might be up to 48-72 hours to catch up on inquiries. We thank you for your patience!

For weddings, micro-wedding, or events the minimum order is 30 place cards.
If inquiring about stationery for smaller events please contact us for pricing.
We are currently not participating in Editorials since the wedding season has begun and we are currently attending our clients.

When inquiring about place cards, please contact us via the inquiry form on our Contact page. Please let us know the color of ink requested, options: black, gold metallic, or custom ink. (For large orders of place cards over 50-200, metallic, white, or custom inks incur an additional $25 fee.) We will also need the number of place cards needed, and which place card design was selected.

Once the stationery has been selected by the client, we will create a custom estimate, and once it is approved, payment will be requested via Square Invoice. For clients requesting a custom stationery listing on Etsy, prices will be different from those listed on our website. Please request an estimate.

Once the payment has been made for the custom stationery services and your event has been booked, please send us your guest list that is finalized via email to sea.and.sun.calligraphy @gmail.com. Please review that there are no name errors on your guest list. Any place cards that require to be re-made due to name errors, etc. will incur an additional fee per item, tax, and shipping fees.

Our turnaround time is 1-5 weeks from the time the final guest list has been received to the shipping date. The shipping date will vary depending on the amount of stationery requested. Our items usually ship 3-5 days after project has been completed. USA only. We do provide Rush orders for stationery at an additional cost. There are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM STATIONERY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Our custom place cards can be shipped Nationwide, USA orders only. We currently do not offer international shipping. For large orders please allow 4-6 weeks plus additional time for shipping. Rush orders less than 2 weeks will incur an additional fee. Shipping ranges from $4-$22. By purchasing our custom stationery, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
