Sea & Sun Calligraphy Editorial Stationery || Collaboration Terms and Conditions

A. Please contact us to check our availability and send us your inspirational board, including the theme of the wedding, color palette, and photos of the floral designs and we will start the design process. For styled shoots we use papers goods that we have currently in stock. We take pride in our designs as it takes many hours to create a custom piece for an editorial. I clients have been pleased working with us that they have requested to collaborate with us again and again! 

I love that our clients trust our creative process as we design the custom stationery from scratch with the unique aesthetic of Sea & Sun Calligraphy. We do not provide specific color envelopes or embellishments such as vintage stamps and ribbons or envelope calligraphy. Please email us the stationery wording, the list of participating vendors including the venue location.

B. Sea & Sun Calligraphy must be the sole stationery designer when collaborating on an editorial. Our stationery designs cannot be styled on a flat lay with other stationery designer's work during any editorial we are participating in. Please respect our policy. Photographing our designs during an editorial with another stationery designer's paper goods is not allowed. Our stationery designs for styled shoots/editorials must be used as a set and cannot be used to embellish another vendor's stationery designs. Our stationery designs have a timeless aesthetic unique to Sea & Sun Calligraphy. We will not be able to use these photos to market our products online or on social media. If you are planning on using another stationery designer's paper goods during the editorial please advise us beforehand, you will be asked to desist using our stationery designs with no refund.

No Refunds

There are no refunds once the item is purchased. Custom stationery takes many days and hours of creativity to design and there are no refunds once the work has begun.


C. When featuring our stationery designs on Social Media, online, Blogs, Websites, or printed publications such as magazines please cite Sea and Sun Calligraphy properly and notify us where it has been featured so that we can share it with our followers and clients on Social media.

D. By purchasing our stationery the client agrees to acceptance of our Terms and Conditions when collaborating on an Editorial with Sea and Sun Calligraphy.

Our stationery is the sole property of Sea & Sun Calligraphy and our custom stationery designs cannot be resold, copied, or edited.
